The Shining Star two-day course equips your team with all the fundamental knowledge needed to deliver projects well and work effectively in project management environments.
Over the course of two days we’ll step through eight different sessions, each exploring a different element of project management.
Our two day course will cover eight different topics which we will work with you to select. But to give you an idea, the typical agenda may look something like this:
Day one
- The six key principles of project management
- How does it feel? Defining your project scope
- Who’s on the team? (And who isn’t.)
- Building your project schedule
Day two
- What could go wrong? An introduction to risk management
- Your hidden weaponry: a project governance overview
- Talk to the plan: effective project communications
- Running the project: day-to-day project management skills
All in two days?! Surely, we can’t be serious?
We are serious.  And don’t call us Shirley.
On the day
Each day typically runs from 09.30 to 16.30 and will incorporate a one-hour lunch break and a twenty-minute break between each of the morning and afternoon sessions. Refreshments are not included but may be provided by the client if desired.
Course cost
The course cost £3,560 + VAT for up to 12 people.
