What we offer

Whilst there isn’t a group out there that wouldn’t find something useful in our project management training, everyone’s needs are different.  Perhaps your team is really clear on their roles, but could do with a little help understanding project scheduling?  Maybe your costs are nicely under control, but your reporting just doesn’t seem to work?  Or is it just that you need to get everyone singing from the same hymn sheet (or maybe just your project sponsors!)?

At all events, we recognise that one size doesn’t fit all, so we have created a modular offering that’s really simple to understand, and allows you to tailor your day to the needs of your team.  And, if that’s just TOO MUCH CHOICE (it’s ok, we all get overwhelmed), then we’ve put together some packages.  The modules in our Set Menu section just go together like peas and carrots.

Need to fit the training to your budget?  We understand.  That’s why we’ve provided lots of pricing options too.  Bon appetit!

They will also learn how to use this management information to aid decision-making and ensure accountability throughout the project organisation.

Side Orders

Some additional options to ensure your experience is even more fulfilling.

12. Add a workshop.

Make the principles of project management really hit home, by including a workshop on one of the projects your team has been tasked with delivering. It doesn’t matter what stage the project is at, we can look at the project definition, roles, schedule and risks to bring the whole thing to life!

13. Embed the learning – course refresher.

One problem with a lot of training is that it leaves people buzzing in the few days following the training but, without follow up, the bulk of the learning can be lost. We plug that gap by offering a half-day course refresher to get the principles bedded in and ensure your organisation is getting maximum bang for its training buck.  This is also a good way to pick up on queries that arise in the weeks following the training, or where teams have struggled to apply the learnings.

Chef's Specials

Do you have a specific palate? These specials are sure to delight!

14. The role of the sponsor – in detail

Understand how to approach a project from the perspective of the project sponsor. What are your specific accountabilities and how do you ensure that the project manager is delivering their end of the bargain? Participants will learn how to be effective sponsors, which questions to ask of their stakeholders, and how to critically review a project report.

15. Legal Project Management

A lot of legal firms make the mistake of sending their fee-earners on project management courses. But matter management is not the same as project management (though many of the same principles apply).  This course is specifically designed to look at how the principles of project management apply to matter and case management, so your fee-earners get maximum value out of the day.
