5.1 You provide personal information when booking our courses, purchasing our products, subscribing to our newsletter, or enquiring about our services.

5.2 When completing a form, the information we collect includes: your name, telephone number and email address. If you purchase a product from us, we will also collect: your company name, postal address, and financial information such as credit card details.

5.3. Information automatically collected when you use our website may include: areas of the website you have visited, your IP address, browser type and plug-ins, time zone setting, operating system and platform. Plus information about your visit, including the full URLs, clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), products, events, courses and services you have viewed and searched for, page response times, download errors, lengths of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page.

5.4. Any information that you give to us by volunteering to take part in occasional surveys for marketing or research purposes.
