It’s worthwhile re-visiting the project objectives regularly, but if you haven’t done so in a while, it will be especially valuable.

Things to think about:
– Are all your activities and tasks still aligned to delivering those objectives?
– Have you become a victim of scope creep, and ended up doing a piece of work which does not actually contribute to the delivery of your objectives?
– Do you think your team is familiar with them?

Would your next team meeting be a good opportunity to remind everyone of what you’re working towards and have a sanity check on the plan?
Even if the project is in perfect alignment, this exercise is rarely a waste of time.
