Your project meetings are great for seeing how the team as a whole are doing, but make sure you make time to have individual catch-ups with each member of your project team.

These catch-ups will allow you to gauge how individuals are getting on and also give them space to raise things with you that they might not wish to do in a group setting.

Finally, of course, they will help to make individual team members feel valued as they have a direct path to your door and a regular opportunity to share their thoughts with you.
